What you will drive
- Support higher education workers through NLRB elections and state public elections.
- Collaborate with organizing staff, incorporate coaching and feedback, and adapt organizing approaches to meet campaign needs.
- Identify, recruit, and develop workplace leaders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with faculty and use campaign data to inform organizing strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of three years of union organizing experience, including organizing units of 500 or more workers.
- Demonstrated experience as part of a successful organizing team resulting in a union election victory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to a worker-led organizing model.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and union membership database systems; bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
