What you will drive

  • Oversee NLRB elections, state employee elections, and develop campaign strategies.
  • Mentor and develop organizers by providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Build and develop effective organizing teams by identifying, recruiting, and cultivating workplace leaders.
  • Partner with organizers to establish campaign goals, metrics, and data-driven strategies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of union organizing experience, including at least 5 years leading successful campaigns.
  • Experience leading campaigns involving bargaining units of 500+ workers.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing organizers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and meeting management skills.
