Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee NLRB elections, state employee elections, and develop campaign strategies.
- Mentor and develop organizers by providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Build and develop effective organizing teams by identifying, recruiting, and cultivating workplace leaders.
- Partner with organizers to establish campaign goals, metrics, and data-driven strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 12+ years of union organizing experience, including at least 5 years leading successful campaigns.
- Experience leading campaigns involving bargaining units of 500+ workers.
- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing organizers.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and meeting management skills.
