Specialist, People Analytics and Data Analysis

• Define and drive the implementation of processes for managing people-data requests, overseeing the collection and analysis of HR data, and transforming complex datasets into reports and dashboards.
• Lead the development of workforce analytics, data visualization, data narrative strategies, and reporting mechanisms that inform organizational strategy, equity, and compliance.
• Support 401(k) administration, payroll tax oversight, and serve as a backup payroll processor.
• Collaborate within and outside the HR team to advance strategic goals for data-driven decision making and systems optimization.

This role enables Partners In Health to make data-driven decisions that optimize talent management and ensure equitable and compliant HR practices, ultimately supporting the organization's mission to deliver quality healthcare to vulnerable communities worldwide.

• 4+ years of experience in people analytics, data analysis and reporting, or a related HR or business operations role.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data validation); experience building dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
