Mission

What you will drive

  • Design, implement, and analyze quantitative and experimental research projects (e.g., RCTs) to equip member organizations with evidence-backed strategies.
  • Maintain strategic research partnerships with member organizations and stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights and programmatic recommendations.
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, with attention to equity and underexplored topics.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven track record of independently designing and executing multiple quantitative, applied social science projects.
  • 1+ years managing the full lifecycle of experimental research (design, implementation, analysis).
  • Extensive knowledge of causal inference, survey methodology, and/or statistics; deep familiarity with Python or R; familiarity with SQL.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
