Executive Director

As Executive Director, you will:

• Lead the organization's next phase of growth, expanding the team and revenue base.
• Oversee the delivery of research, education, technical tools, and practical support for ranked choice voting implementation.
• Shape the delivery and public perception of election innovation in the United States.

This role directly supports the successful implementation of ranked choice voting, making elections more representative and fair, thereby strengthening democratic processes across the United States.

• Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar organization.
• Strong strategic planning and fundraising skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with election administration or voting systems preferred.
