Mission

What you will drive

  • Support project scoping and implementation for the Technology Portfolio through qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, process mapping, and policy reviews.
  • Design and deliver project deliverables such as work plans, product roadmaps, dashboards, policy documents, research reports, training materials, and impact reports.
  • Lead day-to-day change management and implementation activities, including meetings, workshops, coaching, and advisory support to government partners.
  • Contribute to funder reporting, fundraising efforts, and represent PPG at conferences and events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience or certifications considered.
  • Three or more years of government technology experience (public or private sector) or related work experience.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., agile, scrum) and/or UX design processes (e.g., design thinking, usability testing), and tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
