Mission
What you will drive
- Support project scoping and implementation for the Technology Portfolio through qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, process mapping, and policy reviews.
- Design and deliver project deliverables such as work plans, product roadmaps, dashboards, policy documents, research reports, training materials, and impact reports.
- Lead day-to-day change management and implementation activities, including meetings, workshops, coaching, and advisory support to government partners.
- Contribute to funder reporting, fundraising efforts, and represent PPG at conferences and events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience or certifications considered.
- Three or more years of government technology experience (public or private sector) or related work experience.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., agile, scrum) and/or UX design processes (e.g., design thinking, usability testing), and tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
