Digital Associate

• Play a key role in email and SMS processes including targeting, calendaring, testing, and analytics.
• Build and send emails, text messages, and other digital communications.
• Identify opportunities for high-impact digital campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
• Draft digital fundraising and advocacy content to grow activist base and generate revenue.

This role helps build grassroots power to push U.S. foreign policy away from violence-first approaches, promoting peace, justice, and accountability.

• 1-2+ years of experience in email advocacy, digital fundraising, or online organizing.
• Experience with CRMs, email campaigning, SMS campaigning, and digital activism tools.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Google Docs, basic HTML, and Excel formulas.
