Social Media Manager (Contract)

• Manage day-to-day operations of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts including scheduling, publishing, captioning, and optimization.
• Monitor and engage with community comments to build loyalty and authentic brand voice.
• Lead organic growth through proactive engagement with similar accounts and creators.
• Produce static content (memes, carousels, stories) and support boosted content campaigns.

This role helps ParentsTogether reach millions of parents with trusted resources and build a community that advocates for family well-being, amplifying the voices of parents in policy and culture.

• 2-5 years of professional social media management experience with demonstrated account growth.
• Fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with strong platform instincts.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite) and native analytics.
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt voice across platforms.

Independent contractor role with monthly retainer of $3,000-$3,500 (20-30 hours/week). Initial 6-month contract starting May 2026. Flexible schedule with core Eastern Time coordination. Opportunity to work with a mission-driven nonprofit reaching 1 in 3 US parents.
