Mission
What you will drive
- Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to grow annual individual giving and strengthen donor retention.
- Write and execute fundraising appeals across email, mail, and digital channels; manage foundation grant proposals and reports.
- Plan and oversee CHOSA’s annual fundraising event in Los Angeles and develop donor engagement events in other U.S. cities.
- Maintain the Little Green Light donor database and oversee donor-facing communications across website, email newsletters, and social media.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
- Demonstrated success securing individual gifts and/or unrestricted grants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing donor databases and working remotely independently.
