What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of senior management experience at a small-to-medium nonprofit with a programmatic focus (e.g., summer camp).
  • Experience using QuickBooks for payroll, bookkeeping, and staff onboarding.
  • Experience working collaboratively using consensus-building techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; commitment to youth empowerment and social justice.
