Financial Manager

• Ensure timely review and submission of governmental reports and compliance documentation.
• Oversee financial and business elements, including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing bookkeeping and accounting professionals.
• Support fundraising activities, including grant research and application, and strategy development for communications and outreach.

This role ensures the financial health and compliance of Camp Unirondack, enabling it to continue providing transformative youth programs in a welcoming, inclusive community.

• 2+ years of senior management experience at a small-to-medium nonprofit with a programmatic focus (e.g., summer camp).
• Experience using QuickBooks for payroll, bookkeeping, and staff onboarding.
• Experience working collaboratively using consensus-building techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; commitment to youth empowerment and social justice.

Remote position with occasional in-person attendance at Annual Meeting. Compensation details not specified.
