Skills Development and Capacity Building Services

• Design and deliver short training courses in HR, project management, logistics, finance, and security for humanitarian and development staff.
• Provide organizational capacity-strengthening services including needs assessments and action plans using participatory approaches.
• Deliver training in face-to-face, distance, and blended formats, in English and French, with Spanish and Arabic as an advantage.

This role strengthens the skills and capacities of humanitarian and development organizations, enabling them to deliver more effective and sustainable programs to vulnerable populations worldwide.

• Expertise in at least one of the training topics (HR, project management, logistics, finance, security) applied to humanitarian/development contexts.
• Experience in designing and delivering training in multiple formats (face-to-face, distance, blended).
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish and Arabic are an advantage.
• Experience with organizational capacity-strengthening and participatory approaches.
