Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Support production planning, capacity planning, line design, and operations process development.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure quality and manufacturability during prototype development and first article manufacturing.
  • Disposition non-conforming parts, identify root cause, and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • B.S. in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent substantial relevant experience in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one CAD system.
  • Experience with drawings, BOMs, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Engineering Change systems, and Quality systems.
  • Hands-on electrical or mechanical experience and familiarity with GD&T and common drafting practices (ASME Y14.5 & Y14.100).
