Human Resources Business Partner

• Serve as HR point of contact for EMEA Southern region teams, providing guidance and support.
• Spearhead talent management strategies and drive people strategy alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with COEs and Talent Acquisition to implement HR programs and workforce planning.
• Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience supporting France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Israel, Portugal.
• Proven track record developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR metrics.
