What you will drive
- Design and develop talent management and culture programs, frameworks, and resources aligned to business needs and enterprise priorities.
- Lead execution of talent management and culture initiatives, including new hire onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, and employee engagement surveys.
- Develop communications, presentations, and storytelling strategies to drive adoption and understanding of talent programs across the organization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Typically a bachelor's degree in business, psychology, sociology, communications, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- For Senior level: five or more years in HR with at least two years in the discipline; for Principal level: eight or more years in HR with at least two years in the discipline.
- Advanced skills in project management, facilitation, presentations, change leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
