Mission
What you will drive
- Drive the first steps of the sales process by identifying and contacting potential customers and partners via email, phone, social media, and events.
- Build a strong sales funnel for the DACH market, manage all inbound inquiries, and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) in close collaboration with management.
- Create and execute a personal sales strategy, present software solutions to decision-makers, and represent the company at events and trade shows.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Fluent in German (C2 required) and English; additional language is a plus.
- Passionate about fighting the climate crisis and motivated to work in sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling, highly communicative, proactive, and self-driven.
- First sales experience is a plus but not required; a completed university degree in business, sales/marketing, or vocational training in retail/B2B sales/hospitality is a bonus.
