Internal Audit Manager

• Lead and enhance Oklo's SOX compliance program and internal control environment to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Execute SOX testing across business processes, identify control gaps, and drive remediation of deficiencies.
• Support internal audit activities including advisory engagements, operational reviews, and risk-based projects.

This role ensures financial integrity and regulatory compliance for a company developing clean, reliable nuclear energy, directly supporting the transition to sustainable power sources.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of audit experience (internal and external) with exposure to SOX/IT environments.
• Deep knowledge of SOX 404, ICFR, and COSO framework.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
