Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Remote)

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable security architectures and controls across IT, OT, cloud (Azure/M365), and application environments.
• Lead OT/ICS security architecture for NERC CIP-regulated environments, including IT/OT segmentation and secure remote access.
• Serve as cybersecurity lead for M&A activity, performing technical due diligence and integrating acquired environments.
• Act as senior subject matter expert for incident response, threat mitigation, and vulnerability management across IT and OT domains.

This role directly protects critical renewable energy infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of solar and battery storage projects that contribute to a sustainable energy future.

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including cloud (Azure, Entra ID, M365) and on-premise environments.
• Hands-on experience securing OT/ICS environments with knowledge of Purdue Model and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, and/or KQL).
