Mission
What you will drive
- Administer and manage the Coldwater Heritage Partnership (CHP) grants program, including grant writing, mini-grant administration, and reporting.
- Coordinate the biennial Keystone Coldwater Conference and oversee the Trout in the Classroom (TIC) program.
- Lead fundraising and individual-giving development, supervise program staff, and provide technical support to chapters and partners.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, environmental science, nonprofit management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and people skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Salary range: $62,000–$77,000 annually, plus full benefit package. Placement commensurate with skills and experience.
