Executive Director – Pennsylvania Council of Trout Unlimited

• Administer and manage the Coldwater Heritage Partnership (CHP) grants program, including grant writing, mini-grant administration, and reporting.
• Coordinate the biennial Keystone Coldwater Conference and oversee the Trout in the Classroom (TIC) program.
• Lead fundraising and individual-giving development, supervise program staff, and provide technical support to chapters and partners.

This role directly conserves and restores Pennsylvania’s coldwater fisheries and watersheds, protecting wild trout resources and educating students through the Trout in the Classroom program.

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, environmental science, nonprofit management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and people skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide.

Salary range: $62,000–$77,000 annually, plus full benefit package. Placement commensurate with skills and experience.
