What you will drive
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to and articulate a clear product vision and unified roadmap across the AI Transformation and Salesforce teams. Gain a deep understanding of the AI landscape and internal user needs; leverage that knowledge to prioritize new AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities that drive engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Own all aspects of product development for both teams: discovery, requirements, feature prioritization, backlog management, and delivery. Coordinate go-to-market and adoption activities with business units. Ensure Salesforce platform work and AI initiatives are sequenced coherently and stakeholder expectations are managed.
- Partner with business units, Legal, Security, and Compliance (including AI governance processes) and Salesforce stakeholders in sales and operations to promote adoption of new products and features, and to identify new opportunities that drive growth.
- Define and analyze key product metrics; use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve performance. Regularly provide updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and squad members, tailoring communication to the audience.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proficient in overseeing AI/ML-based products; skilled at managing intricate data, processing, and analysis tasks to drive business outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise leveraging AI technologies (including LLMs and agentic workflows) to achieve tangible business outcomes, with a proven implementation track record
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud, release cycles, admin/configuration concepts) strongly preferred
- Proactive bias to action, prioritizing quick execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and deliver scalable solutions that resonate with user needs
- Data-driven excellence: leverages insights to inform iterative product enhancements and maximize impact
- Entrepreneurial spirit — adept at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity
- Superior communication skills; able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to audiences from engineers to executives
Base pay range (CA, WA, NJ, MA, DC, NYC) per year: $141,700 - $160,700
Base pay range (all other US locations) per year: $128,800 - $146,100
In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus.
