Senior Solution Consultant - Governance, Risk, and Compliance

• Provide pre-sales support for Workiva's Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions, including discovery, technical qualification, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging.
• Partner with Sales to develop account plans, shape deal strategy, and ensure technical wins through proof of concepts and solution validation.
• Stay current on Workiva products, market trends, and AI capabilities to support roadmap selling and represent Workiva at events.

This role helps organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny by bringing governance, risk, and compliance technology to market.

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years with a Master's; or 2 years with a PhD.
• GRC knowledge or strong aptitude to develop deep domain expertise.
• SaaS experience preferred, especially GRC SaaS (PreSales, implementation, consulting).
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present to executives.

On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 156,000 - 253,000 USD Annual. Eligible for commission based on sales performance. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
