Senior Product Director - Utility Market - Remote

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a market-based approach including direct, third-party and project sales while building customer relationships with key stakeholders
• Define, implement and coordinate all sales and marketing activities within the defined industry segment to increase relevant metrics
• Strategically identify and pursue upcoming projects that align with growth objectives and industry advancements
• Align efforts with an overarching strategy to boost metrics such as market share, customer satisfaction, and revenue

This role drives increased orders, gross margin, and market share for Transformers products within the Utility market while enhancing customer satisfaction, contributing to the advancement of energy industry solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business related field (Master's preferred)
• 10 years of professional experience working in engineering, manufacturing and/or sales
• Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving targets, fostering collaboration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with stakeholders and attend industry events

Base Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 based on experience and internal alignment. This is a full-time remote position with travel opportunities.
