What you will drive
The Senior Manager, Interconnection Services will:
- Participate in regional generator interconnection processes through the full life cycle of development and construction of projects
- Manage generator interconnection application processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the generator interconnection process
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless interconnections

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of industry experience (or 5+ years with 1+ years supervisor/management experience)
- Expert in steady-state thermal/voltage, short-circuit, transient stability analysis using industry analytical tools
- Strong understanding of transmission planning, NERC reliability standards, and RTO/ISO planning processes
