Mission

What you will drive

  • Secure resources to advance and sustain the Partnership's work in California and beyond by managing a portfolio of prospects and funders.
  • Identify, cultivate, and steward donors primarily from foundations and high-net-worth individuals in California, and support corporate relationships.
  • Draft concept papers, grant proposals, and reports; maintain donor information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the development team and engage senior executives and board members in fundraising.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum seven years of fundraising or relevant work experience with progressive responsibility, including donor cultivation, proposal development, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing major gifts ($100,000+) from high-net-worth individuals and foundation grants.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional work or military experience.
  • Experience with donor relationship management systems; Salesforce preferred.
