Senior Major Gifts Officer (Nonprofit Fundraising – Muslim Philanthropy)

• Develop and implement a major gifts fundraising strategy targeting individual donors and philanthropic networks.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit major donors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Build and manage a robust donor pipeline and fundraising portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on fundraising strategy, messaging, and donor communications.

This role directly supports UPF's mission of producing documentary films and educational outreach that promote peace, understanding, and cross-cultural dialogue, particularly through Muslim-American stories and interfaith engagement.

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, or development roles.
• Demonstrated success raising at least $500,000 annually or comparable experience managing major donor portfolios.
• Strong network within Muslim communities and/or experience in faith-based or community-based fundraising.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
