Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Western US

• Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators, navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Execute go-to-market plans for the Western US region, including public-sector procurement processes and multi-year funding cycles.
• Create data-driven business cases demonstrating how Via's platform improves ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to city leaders and mobility operators, sharing market intelligence with product and strategy teams.

This role directly shapes how cities invest in mobility, helping authorities and operators rethink public transport to provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education, ultimately creating more sustainable and equitable communities.

• 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy, with a proven ability to win in enterprise, government, infrastructure, or tech-enabled services.
• Track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals driven by trust and influence.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data, policy, and customer needs into compelling commercial narratives.
• Ability to adapt communication style across boardrooms, conferences, and written proposals.

Salary range: $145,000-$165,000 (final salary determined by experience). Comprehensive benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching. Equity and variable pay may also apply.
