Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Western US

• Drive revenue growth across the North American Western territory by building and closing high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
• Execute go-to-market plans tailored to the West's unique buying landscape, including public-sector procurement processes and multi-year funding cycles.
• Create compelling, data-driven business cases demonstrating how Via's platform improves ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to city leaders and mobility operators, sharing market intelligence with product and strategy teams.

This role directly shapes how cities invest in mobility, helping authorities and operators rethink public transport to provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education, ultimately creating better cities through improved transportation systems.

• 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy, with a proven ability to win in enterprise, government, infrastructure, or tech-enabled services; background in public transport or mobility is a strong plus.
• Track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals driven by trust and influence.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data, policy, and customer needs into a compelling commercial narrative.
• Sound commercial judgment and ability to adapt communication style across different audiences.

• Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 (final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills; does not include equity or variable pay).
