Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, hourly position
Location: US remote/home office, Pacific or Mountain time zone preferred
Standard Hours: MondayโFriday, 8 hours per day (some evenings and weekends may be required)
Travel: Domestic travel may be required 5% of the time
Compensation and Benefit
Pay Range: $40K-$45K annual base pay with on OTE of $50K-$60K
Bonus Eligibility: Based on achieving sales and operational targets
Meaningful Equity: Stock-option plan

The Role
This role is focused on selling to multi-family residential property managers, developing and managing contractor partnerships to increase deployment velocity, and sales operations. Youโd drive operational excellence across outbound campaigns, contractor management, sales administration, rebate processing, and hardware fulfillment. Youโd ensure seamless execution from initial prospecting and contract generation to final installation, supporting both internal teams and external partners.
The role requires construction know-how, a direct communication style, flexibility, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to adapt to changing business conditions and responsibilities.
What you'll do
Sales & Marketing
Manage sales quoting and invoicing processes
Execute outbound email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and share updates
Maintain and report on CRM data to support sales pipelines and forecasting
Lead prospecting, list building, and content creation
Contractor and Installation Management
Manage existing electrical contractor relationships and develop new partnerships
Coordinate and schedule installations with property managers and contractor partners
Synthesize contractor bids together with EVmatch bids to produce comprehensive project proposals
Collaborate internally and externally to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to construction to final commissioning
Sales Operations
Submit rebate funding applications and payment requests
Order hardware, track inventory, and manage vendor relationships
Generate and execute software and project contracts
Maintain detailed records of customer activity and pipeline tracking in internal CRM and project management platforms
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1โ3 years of experience in sales, project coordination, sales administration, construction management, or a related role
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor, contractor, and client relationships
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Proficiency in technology tools (CRM platforms like HubSpot, document management software like DocuSign, project management software like Trello, and automated email marketing tools)

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of EV charging hardware and software, networking and telecommunications equipment, and the clean energy industry
Basic understanding of construction, electrical contracting, or project management workflows. Work experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Experience managing rebate or government funding applications
