Senior Document Control Specialist

As a Senior Document Control Specialist at ChargePoint, you will:

• Drive efficient tracking and management of engineering changes for EV charging products
• Create and maintain product Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations and product structures
• Process Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and create part numbers
• Manage, control, track, and archive company/customer documents ensuring accuracy and integrity

This role helps build the future of electric vehicle charging by ensuring efficient engineering change processes and accurate documentation, contributing to the transition to electric mobility and reducing transportation emissions.

The ideal candidate has:

• Expert knowledge of Arena PLM software
• 5+ years of PLM/Document Control/Change Management/Configuration Management experience
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of product structures, assemblies, PCBAs, and product lifecycle management fundamentals

ChargePoint offers a targeted US salary range of $86,250 to $130,000 (base salary only, not including equity, benefits, or variable pay).
