Mission

What you will drive

As a Senior Document Control Specialist at ChargePoint, you will:

  • Drive efficient tracking and management of engineering changes for EV charging products
  • Create and maintain product Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations and product structures
  • Process Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and create part numbers
  • Manage, control, track, and archive company/customer documents ensuring accuracy and integrity

The ideal candidate has:

  • Expert knowledge of Arena PLM software
  • 5+ years of PLM/Document Control/Change Management/Configuration Management experience
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of product structures, assemblies, PCBAs, and product lifecycle management fundamentals
