Mission
What you will drive
- Define and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned to company growth objectives and portfolio priorities.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs including new hire onboarding, product training, and sales methodology.
- Drive sales talent development strategies and embed enablement into key sales moments such as pipeline reviews and product launches.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data insights to continuously improve programs.

- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness and business impact.
