Mission
What you will drive
- Assist with preparing and reviewing SEC filings and related disclosure materials, including annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 and Section 13 reporting matters.
- Support M&A and capital markets transactions, including diligence, document reviews, and deal timeline execution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of strategic transaction documentation and commercial, vendor, partnership, license, and other business agreements.
- Provide practical legal research and advice across a wide range of business teams and help mature legal practices.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
- 3-5 years of corporate, securities, or transactional experience at a large law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience supporting a public company with SEC filings and board- and committee-related governance needs, including proxy preparation.
- Experience with NYSE listing standards and related public company compliance matters.
