Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of training modules using established instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloomโ€™s Taxonomy).
  • Support needs assessments and help identify training requirements in collaboration with senior staff.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials, including guides, workbooks, multimedia content, and job aids.
  • Collect participant feedback and support the evaluation of training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Levels 1โ€“2).

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or recognized industry certifications may be considered.
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in training development, instructional design, or technical training (internships or academic projects may count).
  • Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks (especially Kirkpatrick Levels 1โ€“2).
