Senior Analyst, Training Developer

Core responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of training modules using established instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Support needs assessments and help identify training requirements in collaboration with senior staff.
• Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials, including guides, workbooks, multimedia content, and job aids.
• Collect participant feedback and support the evaluation of training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2).

This role contributes to the transition to clean energy by developing technical training programs that build the skills of field technicians and other personnel, supporting Clearway Energy Group's mission to power the world with clean energy.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or recognized industry certifications may be considered.
• 2+ years’ experience in training development, instructional design, or technical training (internships or academic projects may count).
• Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks (especially Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2).

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000—$90,000 USD
• Annual cash bonus eligibility based on personal and company performance goals
