Mission
What you will drive
- Design and implement original research projects to ensure ACLED impact and innovation.
- Provide region-specific contributions to thematic or global outputs and oversee production of regional outputs.
- Coordinate data collection, review, and enrichment with global teams, and improve regional coverage in the Middle East.
- Provide expert analysis for donors, media, and stakeholders, and support project development and funding proposals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience providing actionable insights to diverse audiences.
- Masterโs degree in Political Science, Social Sciences, Geography, Sociology, or equivalent, focused on conflict studies.
- Extensive knowledge of Middle East politics and society, particularly Palestine, Lebanon, and/or Syria.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; familiarity with ACLED dataset and data analysis/visualization software.
