Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as point of contact on projects for clients and internal teams, coordinating and facilitating successful project timelines, production, and delivery.
  • Create project timelines for multi-month website redesign projects and smaller maintenance work, managing the queue for developers and designers.
  • Support digital content and marketing for clients, including ideation, copywriting, SEO, and ads management across digital channels.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in digital, account & project management, ideally with agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledgeable about WordPress, Drupal, and website CMS platforms; familiar with web accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and website analytics (GA4); familiar with GitHub and CRM systems like Salesforce, Engaging Networks, EveryAction.
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
