Operations & Outreach Coordinator

• Own the full cycle of program operations, from community outreach and enrollment through course logistics and post-program follow-up.
• Build relationships with community organizations to drive enrollment.
• Coordinate volunteers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Manage registration, payments, participant communications, databases, website, and program calendar.

This role directly enables women and gender-expansive people to gain self-defense skills, fostering safety, confidence, and empowerment in the Chicago community.
