UX Team Lead

• Manage a team of designers and lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across web and software products.
• Set team goals, prioritize work, allocate design resources, and provide mentorship and coaching.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Communications teams to shape product direction and champion accessibility and privacy-conscious design.

This role directly advances human rights and freedoms by creating intuitive, accessible, and privacy-respecting anonymity and privacy technologies used by millions worldwide.

• 3+ years managing or formally leading a team of designers, including direct people management.
• 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or related fields.
• Experience with design systems, frontend technologies (Android/Material Design 3), and proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and user-centered problem solving.

Full-time remote position with flexible location. Salary range $110,000 - $121,275 USD. Benefits include flexible Fridays, unlimited responsible personal time off (RPTO), generous leave, healthcare, monthly phone/internet stipend, and tech stipend.
