Development and Donor Care Team Member

• Coordinate all aspects of F.E.P.'s fundraising efforts, including campaigns, events, and grant coordination.
• Strengthen donor engagement through consistent communication, impact storytelling, and personalized stewardship.
• Maintain donor database, ensure compliance, and prepare impact reports for donors and funders.

This role directly supports F.E.P.'s mission to advance food justice for humans, animals, and the environment by securing resources and nurturing donor relationships that sustain critical advocacy and community programs.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or a related nonprofit role.
• Strong passion for fundraising and commitment to mission-driven work.
• Experience with fundraising databases (e.g., Network for Good) and social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Starting annual salary: $70,000 USD. Benefits include health care reimbursement for medical, dental, and vision premiums; paid vacation of 3 weeks per year (increasing with tenure); and a professional development budget.
