Mission
What you will drive
- Process weekly and monthly accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budget vs. actual reports, and cash flow projections
- Track and monitor grants, support audits, and manage vendor contracts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry; 5+ years preferred
- Experience with non-profits, grant management, and donor compliance preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
