Senior Accountant

• Process weekly and monthly accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budget vs. actual reports, and cash flow projections
• Track and monitor grants, support audits, and manage vendor contracts

This role ensures donor resources are managed responsibly, enabling GER³ to provide effective relief, recovery, and reconstruction to crisis-affected communities worldwide.

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry; 5+ years preferred
• Experience with non-profits, grant management, and donor compliance preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
