MAG Senior Logistics Experts (SLE) Talent Pool

• Provide senior logistics expertise to support MAG Programmes in supply chain management, fleet management, or construction procurement.
• Deploy quickly to fill gaps, support scale-up/down, or deliver bespoke logistics projects in complex environments.
• Lead logistics functions with autonomy, manage multi-cultural teams, and support colleagues under pressure.

By ensuring efficient logistics operations, this role enables MAG to clear landmines and reduce armed violence, releasing safe land for communities and saving lives in conflict-affected regions.

• Extensive field experience in complex environments managing multi-cultural teams.
• Proven hands-on experience in supply chain, fleet management, or construction procurement as per thematic area.
• Full understanding of humanitarian project lifecycle, donor requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese) valued.

Fixed-term contract at PSM Grade 5 of MAG HR Salary Grid, plus Cost of Living Allowance and other allowances. Accommodation provided in-country. Travel and visa arrangements made. Comprehensive insurance package including personal accident, medical expenses, and 24-hour medical assistance.
