Call for Expressions of Interest Senior Consultant Roster – Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), Evaluation & Research Specialists

As a Senior Consultant on TCD's roster, you will:

• Lead or contribute to Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), evaluations, and assessments for humanitarian and development programmes.
• Provide expert analysis and reporting on programme performance, impact, and accountability.
• Support evidence-based decision-making for donors, UN agencies, and NGOs.

This role contributes to improving the effectiveness and accountability of humanitarian and development programmes, ensuring resources are used efficiently to create positive change for vulnerable populations in conflict-affected regions.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in relevant thematic area(s).
• Demonstrated experience conducting TPM, evaluations, assessments, or research.
• Proven experience in humanitarian, development, or fragile/conflict-affected settings.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills; fluency in English required.
