Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and implement FCDR's development strategy and annual fundraising plan.
  • Manage donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and follow-up.
  • Build and manage major donor and prospect pipelines, and strengthen church, corporate, foundation, and community partnerships.
  • Support campaign fundraising efforts related to the ROOTS Community Land Trust initiative and help implement CRM and donor tracking systems.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, sales, partnership development, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Mature Christian faith and alignment with FCDR's Christian mission and values.
