Secretary General

• Provide strategic vision and operational leadership for the ChildFund Alliance Secretariat.
• Serve as the foremost global advocate for child rights and well-being, representing the Alliance in high-level advocacy, policy influence, and partnership development.
• Convene and align the 10-member CEOs through the Members Council to execute the Alliance’s Strategic Plan.

This role drives global advocacy and strategic coordination to end violence and exploitation against children, deliver child-sensitive humanitarian action, address climate impacts, and amplify children's voices across 66 countries.
