Assistant Director of Development Operations

• Provide administrative, technical, and strategic support to power Frost Valley YMCA's fundraising and stewardship efforts.
• Oversee CRM and related software platforms, ensuring donor data accuracy and accessibility.
• Design reporting dashboards, analyze donor trends, and prepare revenue forecasts to guide planning.
• Manage departmental projects, gift entry processes, and donor acknowledgment letters.

This role ensures the logistical infrastructure for effective donor engagement and fundraising, enabling Frost Valley YMCA to secure resources for its community programs and positive youth development.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in development operations or database management.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office with strong spreadsheet and financial tracking skills.

Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 annually, plus generous benefits.
