Learning Experience Designer

• Partner with team leads and content experts to design, develop, and improve e-learning materials and training sessions across modalities.
• Manage and support the organization's learning management system (LMS), including course development, user support, and continuous improvement.
• Build content expertise in fiscal mapping and cost modeling to eventually coach others in these methodologies.

This role helps expand equitable opportunities for children and youth by strengthening the capacity of communities, states, and Native nations to strategically finance programs and services that support their well-being.

• 5-8 years of experience in child and youth-focused direct-service work, public policy, or administration.
• Proficiency with Articulate course authoring tools and experience with LMS administration (360Learning preferred).
• Strong knowledge of universal design principles, accessibility standards, and adult learning theory.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in instructional design, education, or related field strongly preferred.

Starting salary between $75,000 and $82,500 (Manager-level). Generous benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic, growing team. Remote work within the United States.
