Mission
What you will drive
- Partner with team leads and content experts to design, develop, and improve e-learning materials and training sessions across modalities.
- Manage and support the organization's learning management system (LMS), including course development, user support, and continuous improvement.
- Build content expertise in fiscal mapping and cost modeling to eventually coach others in these methodologies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-8 years of experience in child and youth-focused direct-service work, public policy, or administration.
- Proficiency with Articulate course authoring tools and experience with LMS administration (360Learning preferred).
- Strong knowledge of universal design principles, accessibility standards, and adult learning theory.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in instructional design, education, or related field strongly preferred.
