Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to identify, engage, and steward a pipeline of current and prospective donors capable of making gifts of $25,000+ annually.
- Manage a portfolio of 100-150 major gift prospects and donors, maintaining consistent personal contact to deepen relationships.
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact donor events for high-net-worth individuals, including venues, vendors, and guest experience.
- Prepare compelling proposals, briefings, and presentations that inspire major gift commitments.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of successful major gift experience in a nonprofit organization.
- Proven track record of securing major gifts of five and six figures.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to powerfully speak and write about FJCâs mission.
- Tech-savvy with collaborative tech tools; familiarity with donor database, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Asana a plus.
