ITT FY26-0221 Translation & Interpreting Services

Provide high-quality translation and interpreting services to support Plan International's global operations.

• Deliver accurate translations across multiple languages and formats (website, legal, technical, humanitarian, etc.)
• Provide interpreting services via phone, video, and in-person for meetings and events
• Manage account relationships, reporting, and service level agreements

This role enables Plan International to communicate effectively across languages, ensuring that their programs and advocacy reach diverse communities and stakeholders, thereby advancing children's rights and gender equality worldwide.

• Expertise in translation and/or interpreting in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic
• Experience with desktop publishing software (e.g., InDesign) and integrated service platforms
• Knowledge of humanitarian/NGO terminology, especially gender terms, is desirable
• Ability to provide dedicated account management and monthly data reports

Long-term agreement (3 years) on a non-exclusive basis. Competitive bidding process focused on value for money. Specific compensation details not provided.
