Research Director

Lead Prevail's research function to drive philanthropic investment decisions across education and emerging fund areas.
- Set research vision and strategy, refine assessment frameworks, and establish comparable metrics across sectors.
- Lead and develop the research team, manage hiring and structures, and support researchers embedded in individual funds.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis including cost-effectiveness models, opportunity assessments, and evidence synthesis.
- Requires 9+ years research experience driving decision-making and 4+ years leading and mentoring researchers.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to donors, implementers, and senior decision-makers; work remotely across specified timezones.
