Role details
Build and fund labour mobility companies connecting African workers to jobs across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Find founders and build companies 0→1 that place African workers with CEE employers in transport, construction, manufacturing, hospitality.
- Scope markets by permit rules, employer demand, wages; assess investments and structure deals with cost-effectiveness analyses.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience with real P&L accountability; strong Africa experience essential.
- Requires 5–25 years experience; bonus: investment structuring, regional languages, development economics background.
- AI-native workflows; travel across Africa and Central/Eastern Europe required.
