Job description
Support forecasting research projects through literature reviews, data analysis, and tournament administration.
- Conduct literature reviews and distill complex topics into forecastable questions.
- Analyze data, aggregate forecasts from tournaments and experiments, and help run forecasting events.
- Collect historical data underlying forecasting questions and respond to forecasters' clarification requests.
- Requires strong writing skills, quantitative forecasting familiarity, and self-directed work ability in a remote environment.
- Part-time contractor role; 10+ hours/week preferred; initial 3-month term with potential extension.
