Job description
Support the delivery of AI safety events through onsite logistics, production coordination, attendee management, and systems administration.
- Manage onsite event operations: prepare rooms, handle communications, coordinate volunteers, and ensure smooth execution day-of.
- Support production and logistics for workshops and events: source vendors, plan venues and materials, track inventory and budget.
- Maintain attendee database, build Airtable forms and automations, and document processes for team continuity.
- Handle event admissions: screen applications, manage attendee correspondence, and coordinate travel and accommodation.
- Requires strong organizational skills across multiple projects, comfort with data systems and Airtable, and familiarity with or willingness to learn AI safety context.
