Research Analyst

• Lead and contribute to research projects, presenting findings and recommendations based on evidence and data.
• Conduct end-of-year output and outcome data collection and analysis.
• Support research and data collection for external grant applications and program reporting.
• Serve as co-administrator of MCC’s Insight program and monitoring and evaluation system.

This role strengthens MCC’s planning, learning, and disaster response efforts by ensuring high-quality data, analysis, and reporting that support informed decision-making and effective program outcomes, ultimately contributing to MCC's mission of relief, development, and peace.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision.
• Experience with data analysis and research methods.
• Proficiency with database systems (e.g., Insight) and Microsoft Office.
